I have far too large a scotch collection. I blame Jacob for getting me into this one. One sip of a heavily peated Ardbeg (the lovely Uigeadail) and I fell in love. I suppose almost everyone has a class of drinks they favor the most; while I’m still partial to a good Belgian (still my 2nd favorite class of drinks), malts have been pretty dominant in my cabinet for the past few years.
